• The Short Story: The Carroll Lynx held the division I Hawks for 70 minutes before Hagerstown broke through for the lone goal of the game.                          

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Lynx defense played their best game of the season, holding the Hawks to just three shots on goal in the game and limiting the possession of their opponents throughout the contest.
• Carroll nearly scored a couple times as great chances by Daniel Wojtkowiak and Walid Jassir were parried away by the Hawks goalkeeper.
• The 71st minute saw Hagerstown finally get a goal past Carroll goalkeeper Elijah Wormley as that lone goal held up to be the game winner.

GAME NOTES

• Jassir led the Lynx with three shots while Wojtkowiak added two. Jeshua Jerusalem, Armando Armand, and Kyle Kinsey all had chances towards the Hawks goal as well.
• Wormley made two saves as he played a great 90 minutes in goal for the Lynx.
